Backflow Preventer Parts & Repair Kits
Shop backflow preventer parts and repair kits for servicing, rebuilding and maintaining backflow prevention assemblies. MasterBuilder Mercantile carries replacement components and repair kits from leading manufacturers including Zurn Wilkins, Watts and Apollo for RPZ, double check and other backflow prevention assemblies.
Find check valve repair kits, relief valve kits, rubber parts, seals, O-rings, springs, discs and other replacement components for common commercial, irrigation and mechanical backflow preventers. Always match replacement parts to the manufacturer, model, valve size and specific assembly configuration before ordering.
Backflow Preventer Repair Kits
Backflow repair kits are available for individual components as well as more complete service requirements. Depending on the assembly and manufacturer, replacement kits may include check valve components, relief valve components, rubber parts, seals, O-rings, springs, discs and other service parts.
When identifying a replacement kit, verify the complete model number and nominal size shown on the existing backflow preventer. Similar-looking assemblies may use different internal components depending on model, size, production generation and configuration.
RPZ & Double Check Valve Repair Parts
We carry repair parts for both reduced pressure principle and double check valve assemblies. RPZ assemblies may require service components for the first check, second check and relief valve, while double check assemblies typically use serviceable first and second check components.
Before ordering, confirm the manufacturer, model number, nominal valve size and the component being serviced. Do not select a repair kit based on pipe size or appearance alone. Manufacturer part numbers and published compatibility information should be used whenever available.
After servicing a testable backflow prevention assembly, follow the manufacturer's instructions and applicable local requirements for inspection and testing. Where required, the repaired assembly should be tested by a qualified or certified backflow tester before being returned to service.
